Dig Deeper With Insanity

(Not so) Happy Monday, everyone! I always have such a hard time getting out of bed Mondays, so I like to start my day with a protein, vitamin and fiber-rich breakfast. Today’s breakfast was a green smoothie and a power waffle. Motivation In Different Places

I love finding new ways to stay active outside the gym that I can do every day. Having two large dogs is a huge motivator to get off the couch and move around when I’m not spending time in the gym. Instead of just sitting around watching TV, I’m constantly walking dogs, playing tug and chasing around two very unpredictable pit bulls. I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend! Mine is going great so far, but I’m only halfway through Saturday and already thoroughly exhausted. Troy and I had fun at his birthday dinner last night, and did the whole cake and candles thing when we got home. Why Does Bad Food Taste So Good?

I ate cake last night. And when I was about to go in for a second helping, two of my faithful friends called me a whale at the exact same time. So no cake seconds for me, which is a huge accomplishment considering I’m usually unstoppable with dessert. I’ve had a few questions regarding the 300 Reps for Perfect Abs workout that I posted recently, which gave me a great idea for setting up my site (Thanks, Lori!).
