How To: 300 Reps for Perfect Abs

I’ve had a few questions regarding the 300 Reps for Perfect Abs workout that I posted recently, which gave me a great idea for setting up my site (Thanks, Lori!). It’s unfair for me to assume that everyone knows how to do all the exercises in my workouts, so I’ll post a corresponding page with YouTube videos or photos of how to do each exercise correctly (or how I like to do them.) I’ll do it this way until I have time and a good camera person to help me go back and record each workout myself.
