When I became dedicated to healthy living, I began looking for a more natural approach to my daily routine. One of the most awesome things I’ve discovered is raw honey for my face. The Average Girl’s Guide to Running

I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was low-key and relaxing. I actually ate healthier and exercised more than I normally would, probably because all my friends are out of town. This post isn’t really a guide to running, since I’m no expert. My Archenemy, The Pullup

Only one more day till Friday! Sadly, this rain is trying to thwart my weekend plans, and all I wanted to do was find a nice, cool body of water to swim in. I’ve been trying to swim at least once a week, but the pools around here are feeling more and more like bathwater every day. I Survived Insanity Day 1

Wow! I had the most intense workout today that I’ve had in a long time. I did Day 1 of Shaun T’s Insanity workout, followed by an intense 12-minute Crossfit WOD I found on BlondePonytail.com, modified for my gym. Day 1 of Insanity is a fitness test. I did 8 exercises, as many reps in good form as possible for one minute, followed by one minute of rest. How To: 300 Reps for Perfect Abs

I’ve had a few questions regarding the 300 Reps for Perfect Abs workout that I posted recently, which gave me a great idea for setting up my site (Thanks, Lori!).
